Las Posadas
A wonderful Spanish and Central American tradition this time of year is “Las Posadas” or “The Inns”, when neighbors gather to reenact the efforts of Mary and Joseph to find shelter in Bethlehem. Adults and children with candles walk together singing songs and go from house to house until a host invites them in.
Nancy, Badger and Murray at 534 Enright will welcome the travelers to on Sunday night, December 20 around 7:30. Look for the procession coming down the street from the first stop on McPherson and join them! There will be music, food and fun at 534. Speak Spanish or speak English, you are welcome.
